KPFF has always approached projects with the success of the entire team in mind, so the recent industry movement towards more collaborative project delivery methods has been a natural fit for us. We have been a part of Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) projects, both with a formal IPD contract and with a more informal but integrated approach. We have a substantial successful track record with Design-Build and General Contractor-Construction Manager Delivery, as our relationships with contractors have long been a staple of our reputation within the industry. We also supported the movement towards a Design Assist process with subcontracting trades, as we believe that collaborating between the trade contractors and design professionals leads to highly constructible and efficient solutions.
