As one of the leading design engineering firms, we know that the most important asset we have is our people. We strive to create a work environment where learning continuously happens, where friendships are forged, where professional goals are realized, and where the work is personally satisfying.
KPFF New York, is the newest office of our growing company. We offer the unique combination of expertise from one of the largest civil and structural engineering firms in the United States coupled with a small office environment. By leveraging KPFF’s core values of individuality in a learning environment, we are building a presence in New York. Whether we are working as part of the team on a large project - utilizing support from our larger offices - or working on a smaller project, every employee plays an integral part in the development of each project. We maintain the belief that the best way to learn is to be engaged from start to finish on each project, so that a strong commitment to the project’s success is built; relationships between clients, staff and contractor’s are made; and the satisfaction that comes with seeing our designs built are realized.
From our breaktime ping pong games, to pub trivia nights and ice skating in Central Park, KPFF provides a wide variety of opportunities for our employees to relax and enjoy themselves after a hard days work.

At KPFF we are continually seeking opportunities to train and educate our employees on the latest computer technologies, codes and standards. Whether it is through an in-house “Lunch and Learn” or an outside seminar, lecture or conference, our employees are encouraged to continuously develop their skills and interests.
The New York office of KPFF is also involved in helping our community and abroad providing engineering, teaching and learning opportunities. In the past we have worked in our local public schools, participated in the ACE mentoring program and traveled to Haiti to provide seismic evaluations.
